Product Introduction

The logging winch is a critical piece of equipment in the well logging system for hoisting and lowering downhole instruments, while also providing power supply and signal transmission for downhole tools. Based at the Baoji petroleum equipment manufacturing base, our company focuses on the conceptual design, manufacturing, system integration and supporting services for variable frequency electric logging winches, covering logging depths from 1,000m to 9,000m, suitable for onshore, offshore and various field environments.

This product adopts AC variable frequency drive (VFD) technology as the core drive solution, replacing traditional hydraulic transmission systems with variable frequency motors. It features wide speed regulation range, smooth speed variation, easy operation and simple maintenance. Compared with conventional hydraulic logging winches, the variable frequency electric solution completely eliminates the complex hydraulic transmission system, with no hydraulic oil leakage or contamination, and no tedious maintenance work such as regular hydraulic oil and filter replacement.

The winch can be equipped with depth measuring wheel and photoelectric encoder for automatic depth measurement and display. Explosion-proof or non-explosion-proof electrical components are available upon request, and customized designs can be provided to meet specific user requirements.

● Constant tension control: Motor output torque is continuously adjustable from zero to maximum with minimal fluctuation after setting, unaffected by speed changes, effectively preventing cable sticking and blocking accidents;

● Precise depth measurement: Equipped with high-precision photoelectric encoder and depth measuring wheel, enabling automatic depth measurement and display with high accuracy;

● Multiple safety protections: Features self-locking, overload protection and automatic braking — automatic braking in case of power failure or controller malfunction prevents downhole instruments from falling; center-position braking allows suspended load at any position;

● Energy saving & eco-friendly: VFD technology is inherently high-efficiency and energy-saving; completely eliminates hydraulic system with no oil leakage or contamination;

● Simple structure, easy maintenance: Electric control system replaces complex electro-hydraulic hybrid control, fewer components and simpler operation, significantly reduced maintenance workload;

● Intelligent operation: Control panel displays cable speed, tension, differential tension, depth and other parameters in real time; features preset depth, arrival alarm and fault self-diagnosis; operator can select working mode according to logging process.
