This photo captures the on-site installation and commissioning of the first electric auxiliary winch for petroleum drilling rigs in China. From this moment on, the auxiliary winch industry began its technological revolution — transitioning from pneumatic and hydraulic to electric drive. Core members of our team led and participated in the entire journey: design, testing, field commissioning, upgrades, and the evolution from line-frequency to variable-frequency drives, from personnel-only to personnel-and-load dual-purpose winches, and ultimately to a full series of automated winch products. We also took the lead in drafting the industry standard. Ten years of sharpening a sword — and we are still on the road.
