The YJ series hydraulic winch is a new generation product developed by our company to meet the individual needs of oilfield users. Powered by a hydraulic motor, the winch drives the drum through a planetary reducer, spooling wire rope to lift and lower heavy loads. It features high power-to-volume ratio, good stability, low noise, high efficiency, long service life, easy reversing, stepless speed control, easy automation and overload protection. It is suitable for oilfields, coal mines, ports, geological drilling, mining, and explosive/flammable gas environments.

Based at the Baoji petroleum equipment manufacturing base, our company focuses on the design, manufacturing, system integration and supporting services for hydraulic winches. Customized designs and production are available to meet specific user requirements.

Technical Features

● Coaxial structure: The hydraulic motor, reducer and drum are coaxially connected — simple, compact and easy to maintain.

● High-torque hydraulic motor: Radial swing cylinder piston motor offers high torque output, high efficiency, compact structure, long service life and high reliability.

● Planetary reducer with built-in brake: Planetary reducer features compact structure, high load capacity and high precision. A normally closed wet disc hydraulic brake is built into the reducer and connected to the control oil circuit. Brake engagement/disengagement is automatically linked with motor start/stop for convenient control.

● Highly integrated hydraulic valve group: Directional valve, balance valve, pressure gauge and inlet/return ports are integrally mounted on the hydraulic motor. Users only need to supply a power unit and hydraulic lines — simplifying the hydraulic system, improving transmission reliability and making operation easy.

● Balance valve in lifting circuit: A balance valve is installed in the lifting circuit to ensure smooth and controllable hoisting/lowering, providing cushioning and pressure-holding functions. Even in extreme conditions such as hose burst or brake failure, sudden uncontrolled descent is prevented, ensuring safety.

● Anti-creep and anti-idle-hook jitter: Imported balance valve from the USA, combined with the volumetric efficiency characteristics of the hydraulic motor, effectively solves the common problems of load creep and idle-hook jitter found in conventional hydraulic winches. The lifting, lowering and braking processes are smooth, orderly, safe and reliable.

● Spiral groove and rope pressing mechanism: The drum is equipped with a spiral wire rope groove and a rope pressing mechanism on the payout side, ensuring orderly spooling, extending wire rope service life and improving operational efficiency.

● Overload protection: The hydraulic motor, in conjunction with the relief valve in the hydraulic system, provides overload protection to prevent equipment damage from overloading.
