| The hydraulic power unit is the power source for the hydraulic system of drilling rigs and workover rigs, providing stable pressure oil supply to hydraulic actuators such as wellhead mechanized tools, disc brakes and BOP handling devices. Based at the Baoji petroleum equipment manufacturing base, our company offers design, integration and supporting services for various types of hydraulic power units according to different operating requirements.
Classification by Application: Tool HPU: Provides power for wellhead mechanized tools including hydraulic tongs, casing tongs and hydraulic cathead, meeting the operational needs of various hydraulic tools on the rig floor; Disc Brake HPU: Specifically designed to supply pressure oil for the rig's hydraulic disc brake system, featuring high pressure, quick response and safety redundancy — a critical guarantee for safe rig operation; Integrated HPU: Combines tool hydraulics and disc brake hydraulics into one unit, allowing multiple systems to share a single hydraulic power unit, saving space and cost, ideal for rig layouts with limited space. Classification by Drive Type: Electric Motor Driven HPU: Powered by electric motor driving the hydraulic pump, suitable for drilling platforms with ample power supply — smooth operation, easy control and low energy consumption; Diesel Engine Driven HPU: Powered by diesel engine driving the hydraulic pump, suitable for sites without convenient power supply or for mobile operations — featuring strong independence and wide applicability. Our products are adaptable to various operating environments including onshore, offshore and polar regions, meeting temperature requirements ranging from -45°C to +55°C.
