The driller‘s cabin is the control center of the drilling rig, integrating mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic controls into one platform where the driller operates all key equipment-. Based at the Baoji petroleum equipment manufacturing base, our company focuses on the design,manufacturing, system integration and supporting services for driller’s cabins, providing customized design and production according to different rig models and user requirements. The driller‘s cabin typically consists of four major systems: cabin structure, control system, display system and auxiliary equipment-8. The cabin features integral pressurized explosion-proof design, equipped with explosion-proof air conditioning, explosion-proof lighting, pneumatic wipers and other auxiliary facilities-8-1. The control system integrates electrical controls (PLC, explosion-proof control panels, etc.) and pneumatic controls (pressure gauges, pneumatic switches, etc.) for centralized operation of drawworks, mud pumps, top drive, rotary table and other equipment-8. The display system presents key drilling parameters such as hook load, weight on bit, drilling rate, standpipe pressure and mud pump strokes in real time through mechanical gauges and multi-parameter display instruments. Combined with explosion-proof video surveillance, it allows the driller to clearly monitor the crown block, traveling block, monkey board, drawworks, mud pumps and other equipment without leaving the cabin-8. The product is adaptable to various harsh environments including high temperature, low temperature, desert, offshore and polar regions
