Product Introduction BOP Handling device is specifically designed for the fast, safe, and efficient handling and installation of blowout preventer (BOP) stacks in oil drilling operations. It is applicable to both onshore and offshore drilling platforms. Driven by hydraulic or electric power, the device enables horizontal movement, lifting, and rotational alignment of the BOP stack between the wellhead, storage area, and maintenance zone. Featuring a compact structure, high load capacity, remote control operation, and overload protection, it significantly reduces crane occupancy time, minimizes the risk of personnel working at height, and substantially improves the handling efficiency and safety of well control equipment.
Technical features ● Full-hydraulic explosion-proof: No electrical components, intrinsically safe, suitable for hazardous wellhead areas. ● Dual-lift combined structure: Left and right independent devices, synchronous or separate operation, flexible in confined under-rig floor spaces. ● Precise positioning: Enables horizontal movement, lifting and rotational alignment for accurate and efficient BOP-to-wellhead connection. ● Compact & high-strength: Compact design with high load capacity (400kN~550kN), ideal for space-constrained rig floors. ● Multiple safety protections: Equipped with overload protection and limit switches, preventing misoperation and ensuring equipment and personnel safety.
