Technical features

Power units of the rigs consists of Caterpllar diesel engines and Allison transmissions, contributing to Its outstanding performance and low failure rate.DW uses double(single) roller, and main brake is band(disk) brake.

● It is equipped with a water-cooled auxillary brake, the sand drum is optional. Rotary table transmission and drawwork employ combined drive method, inertia brake is also equipped within.

● The whole rig rellable in transmission and easy to maintain.The rig use two telescopic masted type mast,completion of lifting and telescopic with hydraulic cylinder.

● The drill tioor is in six stands swing up type or eight stands vertical telescopic type, making it stable in structure and easy to install. Lifted with crane. the rotary table and chain box can be overall transported conveniently with substructure when the drill floor is in the low position.

● The truck chassis is produced by professional manutacturers, being adaptable to complicated road conditions on oilfield, strong off-road capability and long service life is possible.
