产品介绍
马丁代克是测井深度测量系统的核心部件。用于测量井深、起下速度、电缆张力和差分张力，具有监视井下仪器遇阻、遇卡、超速、到井底、出井口等报警功能。测井采集的数据分为测井信息与深度信息两类，深度信息的准确性直接影响测井资料的质量。测井时，测量轮带动光栅盘随电缆起下而转动，将电缆的直线运动转换为光电脉冲信号——单位时间脉冲数反映测井速度，累计脉冲数记录测井深度。深度脉冲经校正后由计数器记录为深度信号，与测速数据通过时分技术传送，在软件控制下逐点采样求值。该深度中断信号同时作为数据采样的系统控制信号，确保每个采样点深度精确定位。

高精度光电编码器，分辨率可达 1mm，系统精度优于±0.05%
测量轮选用优质合金钢或聚氨酯包胶，耐磨耐用，适应不同电缆直径
双路正交编码脉冲输出（A/B/Z），兼容主流测井采集系统
整体防护等级达 IP65，适用于雨雪、风沙等恶劣工况
结构紧凑，安装便捷，可适配多种测井滑轮架
